WHAT IS HOUSE HABITAT

HOUSE HABITAT builds healthy and energy efficient homes, based on bioclimatic architecture, with the use of ecological materials, with almost zero consumption in heating and cooling, contributing to its inhabitants a high quality of life. Fully custom designs and all inclusive budgets (turnkey). Exterior and interior finishes suiting the client.

Homes built with first quality wood, controlled by the PEFC and FSC, specially treated for this type of constructions, fulfilling all requirements of thermal and acoustic insulation, and structural strength required by the new Technical Building Code (T.B.C.).

With our constructive system, with high insulating capacity and without thermal bridges, we obtain high energy efficiency. The energy consumption of our homes is much lower than that of a conventional housing and this reduction produces significant economic savings in energy bills for the lifetime of the housing. Your energy rating is A type.

Currently deepening in construction of healthy homes and passive houses or Zero-energy building.

    Administrative, with extensive experience in real estate, reaches the fabulous world of green building in 2008. Since then he has been evolving the concept of green building and how many families have been able to realize his dream of living in a healthy home.

    Fashion designer and interior designer. Since 2003 collaborates with House Habitat in vendor selection and interior design of our homes. Head of the Department of Administration and Human Resources.

    Pep Bosch

    Real estate professional for more than 30 years. Upon knowing the biopasiva construction, he decided to change his professional career, joining our company in 2017 as a delegate of the Balearic Islands. He firmly believes that design, energy efficiency and ecology can go hand in hand in a biopassive house, improving the quality of life of people residing in them and favoring sustainable development.
