LILU’s House, a unique construction project, is taking shape in Abrera (Barcelona) with the breath taking Montserrat massif as its witness.

Since the unloading of the wood on the site, progress in the assembly has been rapid and in just 4 days of work we have finished the structure and the cover, supported by our industrialized construction system and a great team of professionals.

We summarize in images these four days in the assembly of the wooden structure (wood frame and CLT), as well as the cover, of what will be the first Passivhaus Plus certified wooden building in Catalonia.

DAY 1

Unloading materials and start of assembly.

DAY 2

Advance on the ground floor. In the image you can see the acoustic insulation that is placed on the walls so that the noise by vibration is not transmitted from the slab to the rooms.
